By accessing or using WearIt (wear-it.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
WearIt is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform. Users upload a photo of themselves and can virtually try on clothing items from participating brands. The service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate realistic try-on images. Results are approximations and may not perfectly represent the actual appearance of garments.
To use WearIt, you must create an account using Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.
WearIt operates on a credit-based system. Each virtual try-on generation consumes one credit. We offer the following plans:
Credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Brand-sponsored try-ons do not consume your credits.
You retain ownership of photos you upload to WearIt. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it through our AI system for the sole purpose of generating virtual try-on images. You represent that you have the right to upload any photo you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights. You may delete your photos and generated images from your library at any time.
The WearIt platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by WearIt. Clothing images and brand content displayed on the platform belong to their respective brand owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without permission.

WearIt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated try-on images will be accurate or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
